Play the part of either Caesar or Cleopatra, trying to sway the vote of each of the patriarchs in each of the houses of the Roman Senate. Place your votes for your opponent to see (two per turn) or as a hidden ballot (one per turn). Play special cards that destroy votes, switch ballots or even allow the player with the lowest total votes to win.
